I am a passionate professional with expertise in administration, technology, and people development. Over the years, I’ve taken on key roles, particularly in operations management, where I’ve led major restructuring efforts in production, logistics, and systems. My focus is on optimizing processes and reducing costs, always with a results-driven approach. I firmly believe that success lies in innovative solutions and ensuring employee well-being. I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's in Business Administration, alongside studies in Systems Engineering. I am currently pursuing a Grand Master’s in Cybersecurity and Data Analysis to stay at the forefront of technological trends and sharpen my skills. I’m particularly drawn to research, believing in its potential to resolve complex user issues. One of my strengths is leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching others for both personal and professional growth. I see myself as logical and analytical, but also empathetic, valuing teamwork and collaboration. I strive for a leadership style that blends effective guidance with a positive, growth-oriented environment. Beyond my career, I have a deep connection with spirituality, which I practice through meditation. This aspect has helped me keep a balanced perspective on both personal and professional aspects of life. I also have a strong background in music, having studied at the National Conservatory of Music in Guatemala, where I honed my skills as a bassoonist and baritone. I am continuously looking to improve, with the goal of helping people and businesses achieve their potential while balancing professional, family, and spiritual responsibilities.
