With more than twenty years of experience, I have served internationally as a banker, leading projects and focusing on strategic planning, financial structuring, risk management, asset, and wealth management for companies in Latin America. I have extensive experience in M&A transactions, capital markets and structured financing, having advised both local and international companies. I have established solid relationships with private equity funds and other institutional investors. Currently I am leading many negotiations and strategic alliances between international funding groups and Latin American companies.
