Mr. Bazoberry is an accomplished entrepreneur with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on technological trends in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Digital Objects. With over 35 years of experience in management, operations, and information technology, he has made significant contributions in the Information Technology, Financial, Telecom and Academic sectors. His track record includes leading the implementation of one of the first multinational TCP/IP networks, acquiring Comsat International, partnering with Microsoft to create a virtual mobile bank, co-founding the largest Blockchain network in LATAM and successfully executing various M&A transactions with the support of renowned financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley. Currently, Mr. Bazoberry is at the forefront of creating value through the implementation of a WDI developed financial and operational model named “Community Value Chain – CvC”. The CvC harnesses the power of AI and blockchain technology to optimize value chains’ productivity, liquidity and sustainability. Some notable projects he is involved in include: Collaborating with academic institutions to deploy Verifiable Credentials-based student IDs, course certificates, diplomas, and academic transcripts. Partnering with financial institutions to deploy FinTech services and tokenized loyalty points. Implementing CvCs for agricultural communities with the goal of enabling end-to-end product traceability, credit availability and community collaboration. Working with Financial Institutions to facilitate the adoption of tokenized digital products. Leading the design and implementation strategy for a Universal Wallet that supports Verifiable Credentials and tokenized financial services associated with value creation initiatives. Leading the creation of the “Singular Chamber of Commerce” to enable organizations to manage and use AI in an ethical and secure manner.
