Natalie Jackman Ible is an engineer, performance coach and consultant, who has worked extensively in industry and across sectors regionally and internationally. Natalie has strong performance in pioneering situations. Of note, she was the first female to manage offshore oil and gas operations in Trinidad and Tobago. Her unique combination of skills has contributed to a proven track record in the design, improvement, and implementation of systems for delivering solutions to and managing challenging performance and problems; while developing the system leaders and users through training, coaching and mentorship. Natalie’s strength is the ability to integrate a variety of knowledge and experiences that provide structure and ignite personal and team insights, then facilitating and/or crafting innovative and practical solutions, in a range of challenging scenarios. Her skills were honed over various roles that both provided and leveraged a solid capability in: Engineering, Operations, Performance and Project Management, Technical and Leadership Coaching, Engineering Academia, Entrepreneurship, Improvement and Certification Projects; while leading and/or contributing to the development and advancement of Engineers, Coaches, Human Resource personnel, Manufacturers and Producers in the Energy Sector. Training and specific experience: • Industrial Operations: BSc (Hons) Chemical Engineering; Management of Offshore Operations, engineering and commercial support of Petrochemical and Oil and Gas installations. • Systems and Processes: Advanced Certificate in Process Improvement, Pg Diploma in Management Studies • Performance: Training in Internal Audit and Best Practice Benchmarking, Pg Diploma in Governance and Innovation • Coaching: Achieved Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and Certified Action Learning Coach; Coaching for Leader, Team development and complex problem solving.
