I studied Hotel Administration and have dedicated more than two decades to community development, international cooperation, education, public health, and volunteer management. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Centro Cultural Guanin, Inc., a nonprofit organization established in 2000 that develops programs in community health, education, youth development, economic empowerment, gender equity, and international volunteer engagement. Throughout my career, I have coordinated partnerships with universities, healthcare institutions, volunteers, and international organizations from the United States, Canada, Germany, and Switzerland. I have led initiatives focused on improving access to healthcare, supporting underserved communities, strengthening local capacities, and promoting sustainable community development. My experience includes program management, international internship coordination, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, fundraising support, and the implementation of multidisciplinary projects with local and international partners.
