Sobre mim
Con el paso del tiempo, mi experiencia laboral se enmarca en el turismo. Mi primer empleo fue en el Centro de Información Turística de mi ciudad. En la medida que me involucraba más en el área, comencé con una idea de negocio que más tarde se convertiría en una pequeña agencia de viajes virtual en el año 2006, donde trabajé desde mi hogar gracias a las herramientas obtenidas durante mis estudios de ingeniería y marketing. Mientras este proyecto tomaba forma, me desempeñé como guía de turistas en idiomas español e inglés para diferentes compañías de turismo de la zona, lo que sin duda fue una oportunidad que me permitió ver desde cerca y en la práctica lo que cada cliente siente y experimenta durante el curso de su viaje. Al día de hoy y con la figura de tour operador, nos hemos convertido en el representante o receptivo local de diversas compañías y agencias de turismo nacionales e internacionales y lo que más me alegra es ver que la mayoría de ellas han llegado a nosotros y han confiado en nuestro trabajo al haber sido remendadas por otras. [ENG] Throughout the course of time, my work experience has been based in tourism. My first job was at my town's Tourist Information Centre. As I became more and more immersed in the area, then I began with just an idea that eventually transformed itself into an online tour agency in 2006, where I worked from home and used the skills and tools I had learned from my studies in Engineering and Marketing. While this project began to take shape, I worked as a tour guide in English and Spanish for different local tour operators, which was an opportunity that allowed me to learn first-hand in the field and observe what a client really feels and experiences. Nowadays as a tour operator we have become the local travel representative for many national and international travel companies, and what really makes me happy is the fact that most of our clients have been recommended by others.
