Ms. Gedeon, an expert in Project Management and Government Liaison, has been managing, designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems of projects since 2010 within the US and internationally. She has experience on various sustainable projects such as MWBE Outreach and Community Strengthening, Healthcare Advocacy, Family Planning, HIV prevention, Food and livelihood Programmes, Emergency Management, Teacher Development, Peer Education, Policy Development, Local Stability Initiatives, Good Governance and Capacity Building. She has distinguished experience working for local, state and federal government. Ms Gedeon has worked as the Intergovernmental Liaison for various donors including USAID, UN, IFRC, HUD and various government and private funders. She has conducted data quality audits for USAID and IFRC funded programmes internationally and has been responsible for the submission of final deliverables, closing multi-million dollar projects, management of consultants, the training of staffs and the overall management of various projects.
