Ever since writing my first "hello world" almost 20 years ago and manipulating it to produce a desire output, i felt in love with technology. I still think it's kind of magic. I believe in sincere, energetic, responsible and passionate people to use its power to transform and improve our lifes . I have created my own Startups, and also developed profesionally in some multinational companies. I'm deeply familiar with the streghs and challenges of each world. On the journey i learned a coupled of things : I can align, lead and grow world-class teams from 5 to 100 people - You win when your team wins - I create vision with great narratives that motivate - Behind everything there is a person, take the time to know her - Be willing to go the extra mile if you want to drive far I get things done - Always have a plan and be ready to change it - Surround yourself with people that knows their stuff - Listen twice , speak just once. Afterall we have two ears and one mouth - When you make a mistake (and you will many times) just learn from it I constantly educate myself - There so many things to know to keep you entertain for a lifetime - I stay calm when facing adversity - I focus on making high quality-data driven decisions - Any chance i have, i still do weekend tech projects with friends.
