Allan has a strong leadership for Technology Teams and Business transformation. Solid skills and abilities in Finance, Purchasing, Commercial, and Planning. With wide experiences in Large Enterprise and Family operations. As CIO for some large retailers in the Central America Region like Walmart and Grupo Monge, Allan has been able to achieve great value for the customers and businesses, due to his passion for developing people and Information Technology focusing always on value to the business. Allan has been leading IT teams, not only in Central America but in USA for Walmart and Perú for Grupo Monge. On his early stage, he was an entrepreneur for his Metal and Electro-Mechanic company. He also studied and worked in TV production prior to start his career in Information Technology and Digitalization. Originally from Costa Rica, Allan graduated from Universidad Interamericana, a campus of Laureate International Universities with a bachelor in Finance, where he was recognized with Magna Cum Laude and earned his MBA in Management in the same University.
