I am a senior consultant in business, IT and Project Management, my personal objective is to provide consulting and training services to those customers willing to improve in areas such as Project Management Maturity, implementation of Project, Programs and Portfolio disciplines as well as IT Governance, strategy, IT organizational structure. I have relevant experience to support my consulting practice as executive with more than twenty years of experience in information systems and managing projects, with important achievements as CIO of a regional retailer company in Central America for many years. The scope of my experience include strategic planning, design of organizational structures, software development, introduction of project management discipline and elaboration of due diligence processes. I consider I have solid strengths in effective decision-making, excellent inter personal skills, assertive communication and teamwork, as well as solid skills in negotiation and leadership.
