I was originally born in Quito-Ecuador, where I grew up and built my professional career by working for corporations and mid-sized businesses; besides, I became co-founder of a family business; what gave me a broad perspective of stake-holders' endeavors. I also had the privilege to teach Strategic Marketing at a well recognized university in Quito, what I consider was one of the most energizing experiences in my professional life. Life offered us the opportunity to live in Colombia for three wonderful years; time that greatly nurtured my personal and professional background and prepared me to embrace the cultural diversity and challenges that I was up to find here in Canada. Nowadays I pride myself of being able and willing to work for all type of companies, whether they are large, mid-sized, small or family-owned. Coaching business owners and sharing their dreams, goals and endeavours have become part of my own fulfillment.
