Descrição
The State of Espírito Santo (Brazil) has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) – Loan 4933/OC-BR – for the Logistics Efficiency Program of Espírito Santo and will allocate part of these resources to the works described.
The works consist of the executive project and the complete rehabilitation of the stretch of the ES-010 highway between the Barra do Sahy Bridge (2nd bridge) and Vila do Riacho, with a total length of 17.72 km.
Estimated execution time: 31 months from the start order.
The Department of Buildings and Highways of Espírito Santo (DER-ES) invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids through a Competitive National Bid, in accordance with the IDB Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods (GN-2349-15, January 2020).
Open to bidders from all eligible countries as per the guidelines.
No margin of preference will be applied to national contractors or consortia.
Key Eligibility Requirements:
- Proven annual revenue in civil works.
- Specific experience in the design and construction/rehabilitation of highways of similar complexity.
- Availability of key equipment and technical personnel.
- Net working capital and demonstrated financial strength.
- Non-incidence in breach of contract.
- Guarantee of maintenance of the offer: R$ 1,180,000.00 (or equivalent in freely convertible currency).
