The Republic of Ecuador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Provial 2 Rural Roads Program and intends to use part of these funds to execute the asphalting contract for the Puente Mataquí – Cabecera Parroquial de Chugá road, Pimampiro canton, Imbabura province.
The State Bank invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the execution of the works, whose estimated construction period is 300 days. The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures set forth in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the IDB, and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
Qualification requirements include technical, financial, legal, and other aspects. A margin of preference will not be granted to national contractors or APCAs. Tender documents may be obtained in Spanish by written request to the address indicated, and will be sent by e-mail.
