Founded in 2004 as a Real Estate appointment-setting service serving the West Coast only.
2005 Expanded into the East Coast
2006 Grew telemarketing base
2007 Added Customer Service, Debt Collection, Help Desk & Tech Support
2009 Began backoffice BPO and medium-complexity Client Account Management
2010 Launched a Site Selection, IT, payroll and recruitment services company
2011 Implemented Tiered Support
2014 We have 200 Agents with capacity for 400 agents across three locations
