Paris Coffee Show 2023

The Collectif Café invites you to join us for the 1st French event dedicated to coffee and its universe!

The Paris Coffee Show brings together all the players in the sector, from the cherry to the cup, to provide visitors – professionals (roasters, coffee shops, baristas, players in mass distribution and CHR) and coffee enthusiasts – with real experiences and discoveries related to the world of coffee. In France, the sector is constantly growing! We count more than 800 roasters, with the emergence in recent years of new tasting methods (slow coffee, drinks, and cocktails, food-coffee pairings, etc.), new tasting places, new trends...

This year again, the whole team will take special care of the environment by creating the most eco-responsible event possible! Our stands, equipment, carpets, and other papers will be used in a measured and reasoned way. Because coffee comes to us from nature, it is fundamental to share its values ​​and to be in harmony with our environment.

NEW FOR 2023: The edition will host a Coffee Shop space hosting the Best Mixture Contest for Espresso de France.
