Descrição
The bidder who does not manufacture or produce the goods to be supplied is required to submit a Manufacturer's Authorization or,
a. If the bidder is a manufacturer or producer of the goods offered with a duly registered trademark, you must present the registered trademark in his name and the respective registration in the Registry of the Country of Origin.
b. If you are an official representative and/or local subsidiary of the manufacturer or producer, you must attach the relevant documentation that proves the link.
c. If you are a distributor officially authorized by the manufacturer or producer, you must present the authorization of the same.
d. If the person who authorizes it is the local subsidiary and/or the representative in Argentina of the manufacturer or producer, he must prove the authorization he has from the manufacturer.
The offer must be submitted in digital format, compressed into a single file with a download link (example “WeTransfer”), in PDF with a password and signed in the traditional way (holographic signature) and scanned. They must be signed by authorized representatives.
The amount of the contribution may be expressed in Argentine pesos or in US dollars. Prices quoted shall include all taxes, freight, unloading and handling charges to the place of delivery. In view of the foregoing, under no circumstances will costs additional to those originally offered be recognized.
