G2G uses a comprehensive network of banks, investment banking firms, and other international investors to arrange financing to meet clients needs.
Our Finance Practice provides the following services:
Trade Finance Structuring
G2G can assist exporters requiring working capital funding by structuring trade financing for credit transactions through financial institutions specializing in international trade in the region. The service can be performed through discounting commercial paper such as drafts (bills of exchange) and invoices. This facility has two principal benefits for the exporting company. First, it allows the exporter to receive funding at the time the shipment is received by the importer without having working capital tied up until the end of the credit period. Second, it transfers the credit risk of the importer from the exporter to the financial institution since the financial institution assumes all payment risk.
Bank Funding Origination
G2G can also arrange financing for banks in the region requiring working capital and lines of credit to fund their international trade portfolios. This service is targeted to small to medium commercial banks seeking to widen their asset base and develop new correspondent banking relationships or sources of funds with larger institutions in the USA.
