This project seeks to support the effective and preventive control of public management, being the General Comptroller of the Republic (GCR), the most important entity for the improvement of public management of all State institutions; Consequently, the country will strengthen the capacity of its control functions over the GCR, and thus promote actions that will improve its capacity.
Qualification requirements include: financial capacity, experience, and technical ability. Eligible domestic contractors will not be granted a margin of preference.
