Descrição
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) intends to contract the consulting services described in this Request for Expression of Interest or “Request for Expression of Interest” (REOI). The consulting services ("Services") include the Tool to Assess Climate Resilience, against Natural Disasters and Sustainability of Public Private Associations (PPP) and the estimated term for the performance of this type of services is 8 months.
Eligible Consulting Firms (FC) will be selected, in accordance with the procedures established by the IDB: Policy for Selection, Hiring of Consulting Firms, for Operational Work Executed by the Bank. All eligible FCs, as defined in the policy, can express their interest. If the FC is presented as a Consortium, it will designate one of them as a representative, it will be responsible for communications, registration on the portal and sending the corresponding documents.
The IDB now invites eligible CFs to express their interest in providing the services described below, where a Draft Terms of Reference (TOR) for this assignment is presented. Interested CFs should provide information, indicating that they are qualified, to provide the services (brochures, description of similar jobs, experience in similar conditions, availability of staff with relevant knowledge, etc.).
Eligible FCs can partner, as a joint venture or sub-consulting arrangement to improve their ratings. Said association or joint venture will appoint one of the CFs as representative.
