Descrição
The Ministry of Finance, through the Program Coordinating Unit, invites eligible Bidders to submit closed bids. The Request for Bids (SDO) will be made in accordance with the International Public Bid (ICB) procedures established in the Inter-American Development Bank publication entitled Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2349-15 approved in July 2019, and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries, as defined in said Policies.
The qualification requirements include: antennas-arches placed in fiscal routes, that capture the information of means of transport at a “normal” highway traffic speed; transmit the information to the General Directorate of Customs (DGA); and that the required energy supply is autonomous (photovoltaic system), electrical protection assembly to the electronic equipment and the arcs, as well as the corresponding supply of the materials to be used, in addition to the coaxial cables for the installation of input and output antennas, autonomy in the administration and configuration of the antennas through web services, coordination with the Central American Economic Integration Secretariat (SIECA) for: assignment of correlative numbering of arcs and RFID antennas, it must comply in general terms with the guidelines defined in the document called : "Technical guide of the RFID platform".
