The qualification requirements include: (a) Financial capacity: Present financial statements copies audited by a complete auditing firm (Balance Sheet and Income Statement, including all explanatory notes) of the Offeror or each of the members of an APCA , corresponding to the last fiscal year (period) (2019), in order to verify the availability of liquid assets, which must be at least 30% of the total offer amount. The audited financial statements must correspond to accounting periods in accordance with the legislation of each country. Certified Financial Statements will not be acceptable. (b) Experience and Technical Capacity: 1) Present at least 3 copies of contracts, purchase orders and / or invoices for batches offered that corroborate the supply of goods similar to those offered in the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The sum of the documents mentioned above must correspond to at least 50% of the amount of the offer, for the following Lots: 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 17, 18, 22, 23, 27, 30, 32, 33, 34 and 35. 2) Present at least 3 copies of the contract, purchase orders and / or invoices for batches offered that corroborate the supply of goods similar to those offered, in the following years 2015,2016,2017,2018 and 2019 for the following lots: 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41. 3) In the case of bidders who have executed equipment contracts for MINSA from 2019 to the date of submission of offers, they must have met the delivery dates for the goods stipulated in the contracts and subscribed amendments. This requirement will be verified by MINSA using the final reception records of the equipment, issued by the Technological Development Directorate of MINSA.
