The consultancy will comprise: analysis of historical operation and maintenance data, plans, design and material data used, precision surveys on site, CFD and finite element modeling, on-site measurements for model validation, economic and risk analysis cosidered. Consider the information that Salto Grande will provide in reference to SG roll in the Argentine and Uruguayan electricity market, including future operating prospects and an different renewal options analysis. All the reports and inspections previously carried out should be considered, considering that the objective of this study is not to repeat them but to go one step further by applying new techniques.
