Descrição
Consulting services comprise the following specific objectives:
1. The Consulting firm will supervise the design and construction processes, in their different specialties during the project development, including the commissioning of all the works contracted for the execution of the San Salvador North Zone National Hospital.
2. The Consulting firm must verify and maintain permanent control of deadlines, contracted amounts and the current work program, to ensure that all the contracted works are carried out in accordance with the contractual documents, as well as all the responsibilities given to the Engineer are fulfilled, from conformity to what is indicated in “Yellow Book” First Edition 1999-FIDIC.
3. The Consulting firm will supervise the works and pre-installation works and special installations necessary for the supply, assembly, testing and commissioning of the assigned equipment-furniture.
4. Obtain the works built according to what is indicated in the contractual documents with the quality projected until the final reception of the same.
5. Maintain permanent control of deadlines and current work program, to ensure that the works are carried out in the terms agreed in the contractual documents.
6. Verify and certify that the works comply with the standards established in the Contract documents, which ensure the correct operation, supply, assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment in accordance with the established technical specifications.
