The Project includes the design of the Ministry of Health Compound, located in Paramaribo, which will accommodate administrative facilities and public health central services (among which, a vaccines center, children with special needs center, breastfeeding center, medical library), The scope of the works will include the general masterplan and landscaping design for the entire compound (approximately 6 Ha) and the design of two existing buildings to be retrofitted (approximately 3500 m2) and of a new building (approximately 2800 m2).
The consulting services (“the Services”) will include two phases:
Phase 1 - Design Phase: Construction design of the Rode Kruislaan Compound and its buildings, as per design brief.
Phase 2 – Supervision Phase: Supervision of works and quality control during all phases of the construction.
