Design, construction, and equipment of secondary-level hospitals in the municipalities of Villazón and Tupiza in the department of Potosí, the municipalities of Camiri in the department of Santa Cruz, and the municipality of Monteagudo in the department of Chuquisaca.

The design and construction period is 1140 days (38 months) for each Hospital after the signing of the contract: Hospital de Tupiza, Hospital de Villazón, Hospital de Camiri, and Hospital de Monteagudo. The bidding will take place according to the international public bidding procedures established in the publication of the Inter-American Bank for the Development, entitled Policies for the Acquisition of Goods and Works financed by the Bank Inter-American Development (document GN-2349-9) and is open to bidders from eligible countries, as defined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders can request additional information and have access to the Bidding Documents at AISEM, email: aisem_bid@aisem.gob.bo and at the address indicated from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Prior Meeting will be held on October 21, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. (GMT-4) at the offices of the AISEM department in La Paz - Bolivia. Proposals must be sent to the indicated address no later than 4 p.m. (GMT-4) on 12 November 2019. Electronic proposals will not be allowed. Offers received after the deadline will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the amount of:

- Lot Nº1: Design, construction, and equipment of Secondary-level Hospitals in the municipalities of Villazón and Tupiza of the Department of Potosí: USD $ 155,000 United States dollars.

- Lot Nº2: Design, construction, and equipment of Secondary-level Hospitals in the municipalities of Camiri in the department of Santa Cruz and the municipality of Monteagudo in the department of Chuquisaca: USD $ 135,000 United States dollars.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders and all those who wish to attend, at the address indicated, at 4:30 p.m. (GMT-4) of the deadline for the submission of bids.
