Descrição
The Purchasing General Directorate, Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Nation, invites eligible bidders to present sealed offers for the acquisition of equipment for diagnostic imaging, according to the following detail: Lot 1: Portable Ultrasound, amount: 200 units; Lot 2: Multipurpose High Complexity Ultrasound, quantity: 25 units.
The tender will be conducted in accordance with the International Public Bidding (ICB) procedures established in the World Bank publication entitled Standards: Procurement with IBRD Loans and IDA Loans, and is open to all bidders from eligible countries, as defined in those rules.
The qualification requirements include (a) The annual sales volume in at least 1 year within the last 5 years must be equivalent, as a minimum, to: Lot 1: 6 times, Lot 2: 6 times, the value of the offer (b) Technical capacity: The bidder or the manufacturer, in the event that the bidder was not the manufacturer, must prove that the annual production in at least 1 year of the last three, of the specific goods, is at least equivalent a: Lot 1: 1600 unit / Year; Lot 2: 200 units / year. A Preference Margin will be granted to Goods manufactured in the Purchaser's country. Further details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
