The main objective of this consultancy is to make the companies of Granada Registration System available online through the digitization of all the printed records and to complete the population of the CAIPO database.
Consulting services include:
1. Make a diagnosis of the current situation of interoperability between the different entities of the system of administration of justice and security, model of governance and design of technical specifications for Service Bus (EBS) of the Judicial Function Within this the following are required activities:
- Diagnose the current situation of interoperability between the entities of the value chain of the judicial and security services.
- Design a proposal for a new governance model for the exchange of information between the entities of the justice and security sector.
- Design the technical specifications for the integrated service bus of the justice and security sector.
- Identification of gaps for the implementation of interoperability services.
2. Develop and disseminate the regulations that contain a national standard of interoperability between judicial and security services (technical, semantic, legal, process).
