ZIPSA is currently developing a new phase, which will be ready by the end of 2014 providing an additional 15,000m² of industrial space. ZIPSA is the only company in Nicaragua who is employing Tilt-Up construction system, delivering a facility in less than 100 days, complying with national and international norms and codes such as National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Electric Code (NEC), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Concrete Institute (ACI), environmental regulations, among others. Our executive team and strategic alliances have a vast experience in development, administration and operations of industrial buildings and complimentary services.
