RSRJL is a debt collection and credit management firm that will arrange for the collection of debts on behalf of our clients. The company specializes in commercial and consumer debts and is well structured with established procedures and policies for the management of non-performing loans on a medium to large scale basis. RSRJL operates with the financial integrity and ethical standards required to engage in this sensitive area of services. We are fully compliant with all government regulations and tax requirements. RSRJL was established with six (6) presiding core values that formed the foundation and pillars of our organization’s culture and success. These include: Professionalism, integrity, excellence, consistency, fairness and team work. We have a proven track record of quality and employ a competent and experienced team of Debt Recovery Agents (DRA’s) with expertise ranging from banking, financial planning, credit adjudication and recovery management. Our staff comprise of: • Attorneys At Law • Licensed Bailiffs • Team of Paralegals • Research Officers • Recovery Agents Technology and networking forms a major part of our collection process which helps to facilitate the success that we enjoy. RSRJL is also currently seeking accreditation from the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International) to underline our credentials.
