OfReC is a firm committed to help its clients – public and private entities – to improve regulatory compliance. We advise enterprises that are constrained by different norms to meet the regulatory terms with confidence and in a simple manner. Likewise, we help regulatory agencies to review and develop norms that are feasible to comply with. The team is formed by 5 lawyers and one economist. In total we hold 5 master’s degrees – 4 in the UK, 3 of them precisely in Regulation – and other 7 postgraduate’s degrees such as diplomas and certificates. In addition, one of our team members is a PhD candidate, while other 2 are candidate for Master in Public Law. When put together we have published 50 articles and papers and we have spoken in more than 40 seminars and conferences. Finally, our aggregated work experience reaches 61 years. In average we have spent one quarter in enterprises and consultancies, other quarter in different public bodies, 23% in law firms and the difference is divided between universities, educational institutions, foundations and NGOs.
