Founded in 2004 as a Real Estate appointment-setting service serving the West Coast only. 2005 Expanded into the East Coast 2006 Grew telemarketing base 2007 Added Customer Service, Debt Collection, Help Desk & Tech Support 2009 Began backoffice BPO and medium-complexity Client Account Management 2010 Launched a Site Selection, IT, payroll and recruitment services company 2011 Implemented Tiered Support 2014 We have 200 Agents with capacity for 400 agents across three locations PARA SERVIRLE At Nearsol we take special pride in our cultural heritage and have embraced it. “Para servirle” is a phrase that characterizes the Guatemalan psyche; people with a true attitude towards friendliness and genuine courtesy in their treatment of others.
