Moad Capital is a niche business with a rich culture of providing independent Real Estate advice and implementation, Energy and Consultancy services primarily in the East African Region. Moad is an acronym for Mind Of a Dreamer. Our Ethos - Mould and Deliver investor dreams! To that end, MOAD uses a circular economy approach by combining revenue with social impact to enable business growth. Thinking circular has led us to innovate around two main challenges in real estate: 1. Finance - Risk Mitigation, Interest mitigation, Leverage and Community/Partner based value chain. 2. Construction - Green Energy & Architecture, Recycling, Adaptable Solar, Retro Design and Smart Enabled Technology.
