The main objective of my company is to increase access for spirits enthusiasts around the world to Cachaça.This product, which has unique versatility, is unfortunately a rarity in liquor stores worldwide.With the international market in mind, I developed a special cachaça for cocktails. The world loves caipirinhas made with cachaça.Histórica 1821 is a cachaça produced entirely in copper stills, being double-distilled and additionally filtered twice with activated mineral charcoal. It is certainly different from anything else available on the market.In this product, we managed to impart to the young white cachaça sensory qualities such as a soft, sweet sugarcane aroma and a smooth palate.This cachaça adds superior complexity to cocktails while simultaneously allowing the maximum flavor to be extracted from its other components, such as fruits in caipirinhas.Furthermore, the creation of our company and the development of Histórica 1821 are closely linked to Brazil's history. Our label was specifically designed to tell part of that story.My goal is to form commercial partnership s that helps make this product, and others that are already in development, available in the global beverage market.
