Cavalheiro Café Co. is a specialty coffee roastery based in Taquara, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, south of Brazil. Established in 2019.We select the best and most exclusive coffee lots from small farmers in our country, we base our relations with them on Fair Trade, making sure all levels in the producing chain are payed as they deserve.Specialty coffee are the top quality coffees available in the market, and they are the result of an extensive dedication of the producers, that need very high standards in their crop to make sure they reach excellence.At each crop we develop an exclusive roast profile that will highlight the best characteristics that are available in our coffees, to make sure we will offer the best experience to our customers.In 2022 we conquered top 5 among brazilian coffee roasteries in a national competition called Torrefação do Ano (Roastery of the Year), that was ranked based on roasting quality of both Arabica and Canephora coffees, sensory description consistency as well as an espresso blend.At Cavalheiro Café Co., we look for the best Brazilian coffee. We work mainly with small producers that work based on family farming and we deal directly with them, through direct trade. We value agroecological producing in our search, and that means without the use of chemicals/pesticides in the plants.At our menu, we offer Arabica and Canephora from classic Brazilian profiles like chocolaty, nutty natural processed until floral, fruity washed all specialty grade coffees.Please take a look at www.edexport.coffee to learn more about us.
