DOMENICO AZEITES was born in 2022 with the purpose of promoting Brazilian extra virgin olive oil through a 10ml single dose, allowing, due to its practicality, maintenance of quality, aromas and flavors the tasting of a premium Brazilian product.With partnerships celebrated with renowned and award-winning Brazilian and Rio Grande do Sul producers, in 2023 50,000 monodoses were bottled, allowing the experimentation of premium national extra virgin olive oil in a practical way, anytime and anywhere. DOMENICO AZEITES, during the harvest and first bottling of partner producers, collects samples of extra virgin olive oil and submits them to biophenol loading examinations in an Italian laboratory accredited by the IOC International Olive Committee. Reaching values much higher than 250 mg/kg (EU minimum) and with quality parameters attested by official Brazilian laboratories, it bottles the monodose in order to guarantee the best product with unique aromas, flavors and healthiness!This alternative of using the DOMENICO AZEITES monodose allows the entrepreneur in the gastronomy sector to have solutions in his restaurant, delivery, catering and food services with extra virgin olive oil in the right measure and high healthiness.
