One of the biggest artisanal cachaça distillery in Brazil with production of the 350.000 liters per year. The distillery is located at a small village named Faria Lemos in the state of Minas Gerais, who is known as most traditional area in production of artisanal cachaça in Brazil. This company was established in the begin of 2014 to produce extra premium spirits. It is one of the most modern cachaça distillery in Brazil that joins the artisanal production with modern process of distillation and after distillation. Our spirits are handmade in copper pot stills to guarantee extraordinary sensorial notes. Our distillery is a model of environment sustainable. We developed ways to guarantee that all of the residues are properly disposed. Our rest of sugar cane are used to feed the cows in the winter season where the grass is low. It happens coincidentally at the same time of the cachaça production season. The residues of the distillation are also used as a fertilizer in to the sugar cane fields.
