Creamery Novelties is a local manufacturer of premium yet affordable ice cream tubs and novelty items. The company was started in 2016 and has already become the leader in its segment. Our flavours include peanut, pistachio, rum and raisin, vanilla, chocolate, coconut and strawberry. Our tubs are available in the following sizes - 11 Litres, 1 Gallon and 2 Litres. Our novelties include Choco Bar - a chocolate covered stick of ice cream, Choc-Ice - a block of ice cream covered in chocolate and Creamee - ice cream on a stick. We have worked closely with the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) on the development of our manufacturing facility as well as our recipes and they have provided critical guidance to us as we are working towards obtaining HACCP certification. We uphold the highest standards in our manufacturing process and emphasize safe and sanitary conditions for our employees and for production. Our equipment has few touch points to ensure that our ice cream production is fast and effective, all within a hygienic environment and in alignment with international standards. We have also thoroughly researched each step of production from product development and quality control to taste testing and packaging to guarantee a product of superior quality.
