Costaisa is an international private corporation specialised in the healthcare sector where we offer business consultancy services, information technology solutions and services for outsourcing support. We have been active in these areas for 50 years now, and this is what allows us to provide unparalleled levels of sector know-how and expertise. Our team is composed of highly qualified professionals and is a mix of both clinical and business profiles and with a lot of experience in international projects. Costaisa has managed to put together a product catalogue that meets the majority of needs regarding IT systems in a health centre provider, within a clinical context (hospital management HIS, telemedicine, nephrology, pathological anatomy, laboratory management and biomedical research) to non-clinical (document management, ERP, electronic invoicing, economic-financial management ECM, quality, interoperability, maintenance, human resource planning and resident management). Our Telemedicine Platform, Phemium, is based in proven, robust technologies that mades it reliable and scalable. There are a set of core components like workflow, integration engine, video & audioconference, chatbots and automated forms with embedded business rules that allows to deal with the most demanding healthcare scenarios, like teleconsultation (between doctors, patient and doctor, two or more doctors with a given patient), remote monitoring, tracking of public health policies, geotracking, among others. The finest user experience, the easy of use, the flexibility to change settings on the progress, the ability of work across platforms, the integration with EHR, medical devices and wearables are some of our differential values. It’s possible to deliver customized solutions under our own brand or under a “white-brand” one, either. For last, and not least, every month, across Europe, our platform supports more than 300.000 patients, that are generating 60.000 monthly consultations, 8.000 of that using videoconferences, and it’s used in a daily basis for more than of 2.400 doctors.
