Cayetana is a Uruguayan company wich elaborates gourmet/artisan food products, (pastries and sweet and salty snaks. Among others, it elaborates handmade puddings, granola, alfajores, cakes, pies, desserts and more, using real ingredients (lard, oatmeal, egg, milk, sugar, etc.), doing without bleaches or pastry premixes. After working two years elaborating from a small store (30 meters) selling only by pre order, today it has a 150 meters store and plant in Pocitos, Montevideo, Uruguay, where it elaborates and also works as a food house and where it sells its own products as well as to other shops. As a company, it is in the process of growing, changing its image and formalizing internal processes, preparing to take its products to other regional and international markets.
