Cacao Mae is a new product that we would like to present in LAC Flavors 2019. Our products are: 1. Natural (no akalized) pure organic cocoa powder, 2. Organic or conventional cocoa nibs, 3. Organic or Conventional; dried and/or fermented cocoa beans. We work hand in hand with small and medium size Cocoa Farmers, with the main objective of increasing both their productivity and their quality of life. We are located in the Dominican Republic, well renowned for the quality of its organic and conventional cocoa beans which has been recognized and labeled as “a premium cocoa with a distinguished aroma” by the Cocoa International Organization (ICCO). The Dominican Republic Is the first world exporter of organic cocoa, the 3rd largest cocoa producer in America and ranks 8th worldwide.
