La Asociación tendrá como objeto social el empoderamiento y dignificación de las mujeres en los diversos escenarios de la cadena de valor del café especial (germinación, producción y renovación manejo agronómico, aseguramiento de la calidad, prácticas de BPA en pos cosecha, procesos de transformación agroindustrial para materia prima y subproductos, tueste, empaque, valor agregado, comercialización y exportación). Para la ejecución y el adecuado cumplimiento del objeto social se desarrollarán las siguientes actividades: l. Presentar proyectos, propuestas, programas, estrategias, metodologías a las diferentes instituciones públicas, privadas, entidades sin ánimo de lucro, educativas, nacionales e internacionales que permita reformar las perspectivas agropecuarias, de acuerdo a los diversos estados de la cadena de valor. 2. Formar y Capacitar a las asociadas en las diversas prácticas culturales de los sistemas de producción, en las áreas comerciales y fortalecimiento en los canales de comercialización, esto como base importante, para definir la especialidad de los productos agropecuarios bien sea de origen finca, para un mercado justo en el que se encontraran variedades, producción limpia y cualquier otra especialidad que defina el mercado, para los diversos productos de las asociadas. 3.Presentar proyectos, programas, propuestas o alternativas de mejoramiento de cosecha, pos-cosecha y comercialización del café especial, incluyendo todos los procesos relacionados con la cadena productiva a diversas entidades de orden local, regional, nacional e internacional. 4. Diseñar e Implementar proyectos, programas, propuestas o alternativas en diversas actividades de conservación, restauración e investigación participativa y comunitaria, en pro de fortalecer los ecosistemas estratégicos de estos territorios rurales y crear alianzas estratégicas con las entidades que velan por la conservación de los recursos naturales. 5. Establecer los canales de comercialización y difusión de los cafés especiales en todas sus líneas de producción tanto a nivel local, regional, nacional e internacional. 6. Promover el desarrollo de la cultura del mejoramiento del consumo interno y externo de café especial en el Tolima y en Colombia para el mundo. 7. Difusión sistemática de las dinámicas de café especial en escenarios sociales, comunitarios educativos, gubernamentales de orden local, regional, nacional e internacional. 8. Brindar asesoría y consultoría en la cadena de valor de café especial en el Tolima y Colombia.
