CONVENIR CON ENTIDADES PÚBLICAS PROGRAMAS DE ORDENAMIENTO URBANO, ACTUALIZACIÓN CATASTRAL, OBRAS URBANÍSTICAS Y DE DESARROLLO DE LOS SECTORES URBANO Y RURAL. 4. MEJORAR LAS CONDICIONES SOCIALES A TRAVÉS DEL DESARROLLO DE PROGRAMAS DE VIVIENDAS PARA POBLACIONES PERTENECIENTES A LOS ESTRATOS I Y II DEL SISBEN. 5. TRADUCIR, APOYAR Y ACOMPAÑAR POLÍTICAS DEL ORDEN LOCAL, REGIONAL, NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL QUE PERSIGUEN EL DESARROLLO SOCIAL MEDIANTE LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE PROGRAMAS DE CAPACITACIÓN LABORAL Y OCUPACIONAL. 6. ORGANIZAR A GRUPOS POBLACIONALES PARA QUE ACCEDAN A PROGRAMAS Y PROYECTOS QUE OFRECE EL ESTADO COLOMBIANO PARA MEJORAR LAS CONDICIONES DE POBREZA Y VULNERABILIDAD SOCIAL, TANTO EN SALUD, EDUCACIÓN Y ALIMENTACIÓN. 7. REALIZAR ACTIVIDADES DE SEGUIMIENTO Y CONTROL (INTERVENTORIA) A PROGRAMAS OFICIALES Y NO OFICIALES DE OBJETO SOCIAL PARA ASEGURAR LA INVERSIÓN DE LOS RECURSOS. 8. ACOMPAÑAR A ENTIDADES PÚBLICAS Y PRIVADAS PARA REALIZAR OBRAS DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS EN EL SECTOR EDUCATIVO, SALUD, VIAL Y OTROS, QUE TIENDAN A MEJORAR LAS CONDICIONES DE VIDA SOBRE TODO EN SECTORES VULNERABLES TANTO URBANO COMO RURAL. 9. IMPLEMENTAR PROGRAMAS, PROYECTOS E INICIATIVAS PARA PROMOVER RENGLONES DE LA VIDA SOCIAL Y DEPORTIVA, TALES COMO: EL DEPORTE, LA CULTURA Y LAS ARTES EN GENERAL. 10. DESARROLLAR PROGRAMAS, PLANES Y PROYECTOS QUE PERMITAN MEJORAR LAS CONDICIONES ALIMENTARIAS Y DE CUIDADOS A LA TERCERA EDAD Y NIÑOS PERTENECIENTES A LOS ESTRATOS I Y II DEL SISBEN. 11.
