B) COMPRAR A LOS ASOCIADOS O RECIBIR EN CONSIGNACIÓN, LOS PRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS QUE FABRICAN Y/O COMERCIALIZAN, PROPENDIENDO POR LA OBTENCIÓN DE MEJORES CONDICIONES DE PRECIO, CALIDAD Y OPORTUNIDAD. C) OFRECER A LOS ASOCIADOS UNA AMPLIA OFERTA DE BIENES Y SERVICIOS, PARA PROMOVER EL DESARROLLO DE LAS ACTIVIDADES Y EL BIENESTAR DE LA COMUNIDAD. D) ESTABLECER ALMACENES U OTROS CANALES DE DISTRIBUCIÓN, CON EL N DE QUE LA COOPERATIVA REALICE, LA VENTA DE SUS PRODUCTOS COMO LOS QUE RECIBE EN CONSIGNACIÓN, PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE VIDA DE SUS ASOCIADOS Y FAMILIARES. E) REALIZAR ACTIVIDADES DE SERVICIOS PARA ASOCIADOS O PARTICULARES, TALES COMO: COBRANZA DE CUENTAS, EVALUACIÓN Y CALIFICACIÓN DEL GRADO DE SOLVENCIA DE LAS PRÁCTICAS COMERCIALES DE PARTICULARES Y DE EMPRESAS O ENTIDADES DE CARÁCTER OFICIAL. F) CONCRETAR ALIANZAS CON COOPERATIVAS Y OTRAS INSTITUCIONES PÚBLICAS O PRIVADAS, PARA OBTENER MEJORES CONDICIONES EN LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN. G) ACTUALIZAR PERMANENTEMENTE LA OFERTA DE SERVICIOS PARA ADECUADA A LAS REALES NECESIDADES DE LOS ASOCIADOS. 2. SECCIÓN DE SERVICIO DE CREDITO A ASOCIADOS. A TRAVÉS DE ESTA SECCIÓN SE PRESENTARÁ LOS SIGUIENTES SERVICIOS: A) FOMENTAR LA OBTENCIÓN DE RECURSOS ECONÓMICOS MEDIANTE LOS APORTES DE LOS ASOCIADOS U OTRAS FUENTES DISPONIBLES EN EL MERCADO. B) OTORGAR EL SERVICIO DE CRÉDITO A LOS ASOCIADOS, BAJO LAS DIFERENTES MODALIDADES, CRÉDITOS POR LIBRANZA Y PERSONALES EN CONCORDANCIA CON LAS NORMAS VIGENTES Y EN LOS TÉRMINOS DE PLAZO, CAPACIDAD DE PAGO, GARANTÍAS, CUPOS Y DEMÁS CONDICIONES QUE DETERMINEN LOS REGLAMENTOS QUE SE PROMULGUEN, PARA CADA LÍNEA DE CRÉDITO. SECCIÓN TURISMO A TRAVÉS DE LA SECCIÓN DE TURISMO SE PRESTARÁN LOS SIGUIENTES SERVICIOS: A) PRESTAR A LOS ASOCIADOS EL SERVICIO DE TURISMO CON BASE EN CONVENIOS CON INSTITUCIONES, QUE PROMUEVAN Y DESARROLLEN ESTA ACTIVIDAD. B) ASESORAR A LOS ASOCIADOS EN LAS MEJORES CONDICIONES DE OPTAR POR LOS SERVICIOS DE ESTA SECCIÓN. C) CELEBRAR CONVENIOS Y ESTABLECER LAS RELACIONES NECESARIAS, PARA MEJORAR LA PRESTACIÓN DE ESTE SERVICIO. D) AMPLIAR LA PRESTACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS, DE ACUERDO CON LOS PLANES GENERALES DE LA COOPERATIVA. SECCIÓN DE CAPACITACIÓN INFORMAL Y RECREACIÓN ESTA SECCIÓN TIENE COMO OBJETIVOS PRINCIPALES: A) PROPENDER POR LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE CAPACITACIÓN INFORMAL COOPERATIVA A LOS ASOCIADOS, DIRECTIVOS Y TRABAJADORES DE LA COOPERATIVA CON EL OBJETO DE FACILITAR SU REALIZACIÓN INTEGRAL. B) SUMINISTRAR PROGRAMAS DE RECREACIÓN EN CONDICIONES DE FAVORABILIDAD CON RELACIÓN AL MERCADO. SECCIÓN DE SOLIDARIDAD. ESTA SECCIÓN TIENE COMO OBJETIVOS PRINCIPALES: A) CONCEDER AUXILIOS A LOS ASOCIADOS EN CASOS DE: B) ENFERMEDAD DEL ASOCIADO O INCAPACIDAD. C) CASOS IMPREVISTOS DE CALAMIDAD. D) GASTOS FUNERARIOS EN QUE INCURRA EL ASOCIADO. SIN EMBARGO, POR RAZONES DE INTERÉS SOCIAL O BIENESTAR COLECTIVO, A JUICIO DEL CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACIÓN, PODRÁN EXTENDERSE ESTOS SERVICIOS AL PÚBLICO NO ASOCIADO; EN TAL CASO, LOS EXCEDENTES QUE SE OBTENGAN NO SERÁN SUSCEPTIBLES DE REPARTICIÓN. LOS SERVICIOS DE LA COOPERATIVA SE PRESTARAN POR MEDIO DE LA REALIZACIÓN DE OPERACIONES DE LIBRANZA Y SE VERIFICARA DE MANERA CONSTANTE EL ORIGEN LICITO DE LOS RECURSOS QUE LLEGUEN A ESTA Y DEMÁS EXIGENCIAS LEGALES VIGENTES PARA EJERCER LA ACTIVIDAD PARA LO CUAL FUE CONSTITUIDA.
