Desde sus tiempos pioneros en que producía en forma artesanal cinco kilogramos por noche, evolucionamos hasta lo que somos hoy: una empresa totalmente argentina cuyo nivel industrial es comparable a los más avanzados del mundo. En 1912, con 18 años, el joven Felipe Fort adquirió la primera refinadora mecánica, logrando un notable incremento en la capacidad de producción, destacándose Felfort ya en ese entonces, por la calidad del chocolate. Poco tiempo después, empezó con la fabricación de bombones. El prestigio de la empresa fue creciendo sustentado en la excelencia de sus productos, cuya variedad comenzó a ampliarse en forma progresiva. Primero fueron los caramelos, poco después los huevos de Pascua -que hasta ese momento sólo se importaban desde Europa-, y siguió una magnífica línea de turrones elaborados por eximios maestros turroneros. Los nietos del fundador son hoy los responsables de la continuidad familiar en el manejo de Felfort y centran sus esfuerzos en un objetivo: excelencia de máximo nivel. La empresa manufactura actualmente una extensa variedad de exitosos productos, compitiendo en un plano de igualdad con industrias llegadas a nuestro país desde los principales polos de desarrollo del mundo.
