La sociedad tendrá por objeto social cualquier actividad lícita tanto en el territorio nacional como en el exterior. Como objeto social principal: A. Participar en licitaciones públicas y privadas y celebrar cualquier acto o contrato con entidades de derecho público o privado. 8. Celebrar toda clase de operaciones que le permitan obtener fondos u otros activos necesarios para el desarrollo de sus actividades. 9. Podrá celebrar contratos bancarios tales como la apertura de cuentas corrientes, apertura de crédito, simple o rotatorio; contratos de depósito regular o irregular, contratar créditos con entidades dedicadas a su otorgamiento, o de personas naturales o jurídicas, y en la constitución de garantías para asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones así contraídas, creación circulación de títulos valores de contenido crediticio representativos de mercaderías o de naturaleza corporativa o de participación. 10. Transformarse en otro tipo de sociedad o fusionarse con una u otras sociedades. 11. Fundar o tomar interés como socio o accionista de otras sociedades que tengan fines similares o complementarios, en las cuales podrá: 11.1.
