OBJETO SOCIAL: La sociedad tendrá como objeto principal las siguientes actividades: Ofrecer y promover seguros generales, seguros de vida, títulos de capitalización y unidades de fondos de inversión, a través de su propia organización como agencia colocadora de seguros y a nombre de una o varias companias de seguros de un determinado territorio, promoviendo la celebración de dichos contratos y obteniendo la renovación de los mismos. Recaudar dineros referentes a todos los contratos o negocios que celebre. b. Inspeccionar riesgos c. Intervenir en salvamentos d. Promover la celebración de contratos de seguro por sí misma o por medio de agentes colocadores que la compañía de seguros ponga bajo su dependencia, de acuerdo con su sistema propio de promoción de negocios. En desarrollo del mismo podrá la sociedad ejecutar todos los actos o contratos que fueren convenientes o necesarios para el cabal cumplimiento de su objeto social, tales como formar parte de otras sociedades anónimas o de responsabilidad limitada. igualmente en desarrollo de su objeto social, la compañía podrá comprar, vender, adquirir a título oneroso o enajenar en igual forma toda clase de bienes muebles o inmuebles; dar en prenda los primeros e hipotecar los segundos; girar, endosar, adquirir, aceptar, cobrar, prestar, pagar o cancelar títulos valores o cualesquiera otros efectos de comercio y aceptarlos en pago; obtener derechos sobre propiedades de Marcas, patentes y privilegios en cesión o a cualquier título. En cumplimiento de su objeto social podrá, entonces, la Empresa, abrir, mantener y administrar fábricas sucursales, agencias, oficinas y depósitos. Podrá concurrir la sociedad a la constitución de otras sociedades y adquirir acciones, cuotas o partes de interés social en empresas de la misma índole o cuya actividad se relacione con el objeto social de la Empresa y representar o agenciar a personas naturales o jurídicas dedicadas a la mismas actividades o que sirvan a la misma realización del objeto social, lo mismo que participar en fusiones con empresas o sociedades del mismo objeto social y en general a la celebración de actos o contratos que tiendan al mejor desarrollo de la empresa social los que indiquen una inversión fructífera de los medios disponibles.
