OBJETO SOCIAL: La sociedad puede desarrollar en Colombia y en el exterior cualquier actividad econ�mica l�cita, comercial o civil, especialmente la prestaci�n de toda clase de servicios relacionados con actividades del sector tur�stico, ya sea como agencia mayorista o como agencia de viajes al detal, tales como (i) La organizaci�n, promoci�n, desarrollo y explotaci�n comercial del turismo en Colombia y en el exterior. (v) La reservaci�n y contrataci�n de alojamiento y de toda clase de servicios tur�sticos, en Colombia y en el exterior. En desarrollo de su actividad, la sociedad podr� llevar a cabo todas las operaciones de cualquier naturaleza que estuvieren relacionadas en forma directa con su objeto social, as� como cualesquiera otras actividades similares, conexas o complementarias cuya finalidad sea ejercer los derechos y cumplir las obligaciones legales o convencionales derivadas de la existencia y actividad de la sociedad o que le permitan facilitar o desarrollar sus fines, tales como: a). Representar proveedores nacionales o extranjeros dedicados a sus mismos fines, tales como hoteles, compa��as a�reas, navieras, apoderados tur�sticos, arrendatarios de autos y en general toda organizaci�n o sociedad dedicada al turismo. b). Organizar por cuenta propia o de terceros, congresos, convenciones y eventos similares. c). Suscribir, como contratante o contratista, contratos de franquicia o representaci�n con proveedores o agentes nacionales o extranjeros para comercializar en Colombia o en el exterior servicios o productos afines a los de su objeto social. d). Prestar toda clase de servicios conexos al turismo, tales como: arrendamiento de veh�culos; transporte tur�stico en veh�culos propios o subarrendados; servicio de gu�as tur�sticos, etc. e). Facilitar al viajero y al turista el servicio de cambio de moneda, cumpliendo los requisitos se�alados en las normas legales vigentes. f). Programar y organizar planes tur�sticos para ser ejecutados dentro o fuera de pa�s, por si misma o a trav�s de otras agencias. g). Constituir o adquirir acciones o cuotas sociales de sociedades ya existentes de naturaleza civil o comercial que se ocupen de actividades similares o conexas con su objeto social.
