Description
The State of Ceará, Brazil, received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to fund the State Road Infrastructure Qualification Program - Infrarodoviária Ceará. The Superintendence of Public Works of the State of Ceará (SOP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the execution of road infrastructure works. This project aims to modernize and improve state highways, promoting regional development and road safety throughout the territory of Ceará.
Project scope
The bidding is categorized in the Transport sector and comprises:
Road works: Execution of engineering services and qualification of the infrastructure of state roads.
Deadlines: The estimated time for the execution of the works is 365 days.
Grouping: This stage corresponds to the 6th Qualification Group within the schedule of the Infrarodoviária program.
Qualification and process requirements
The selection will be carried out through a National Public Bidding (LPN), with the two-envelope method and deferred opening of the financial proposal, in accordance with IDB policies. Key requirements include:
Qualification: Proponents must present proof of legal, financial, fiscal regularity and compliance with the laws of the work of minors.
Validity of documents: Documents without an express expiration date will be considered valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
Bid Guarantee: All bids must be accompanied by an Offer Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of R$ 730,000.00.
Submission: Proposals must be delivered physically to the Central Competition Commission (CCC), in Fortaleza; Electronic proposals will not be allowed.
Documentation: The complete set of documents can be requested in writing or consulted at the addresses indicated by the SOP and the CCC.
