We work with rural fishermen in Mexico to harvest and process the invasive "devil fish" or suckermouth catfish. We export frozen fillet to Canada and soon to the US. Our primary product is El Diablito jerky, which because of the fish's unique texture, tastes and feels like beef. We currently sell our jerky online and in retail locations in BC and Ontario. We're looking to scale distribution of both fillet and jerky in Canada.
