OSMER SARL IS INDUSTRIAL SOLAR POWER PRODUCER EXPLOITER. Supply and commissioning electrical and electronic equipment's is our work. In order to support Togo electrification strategy through clean energy Project we use only AAA-rated products from reputable, Tier 1 suppliers. We partner with In3 Group that provides capital and development finance to Governments, developers and asset owners in the market for renewables, clean energy, water, related clean technologies, pollution elimination (conversion of biomass and wastes), real estate development projects and other industries that deliver financial returns alongside sustainable social and/or environmental benefits. In3 Capital Partners’ guarantee investment program, in cooperation with Stalwart Global Green International (SGGI), based in the United States, finances projects with loan guarantees, either sovereign or bank guarantees, sent to our underwriter’s bank via Swift notice (MT-760). Lead developer and Master Contractor for the project is Dustin Jolley, PE, of OurEnergy (USA) working in cooperation with OSMERand in3 Finance Parters. OSMER and in3 Finance Parters cooperate with local subcontractors for installation for the solar farm including Kuhl Energy (Ghana) and McBill Engineering Ltd (Ghana), both with extensive, larger-scale project development and installation experience.
